我的I140是NIW的，现在PD current准备提交485，有几个问题想请教老师：
- I485材料还必须要提供W2，工资单和tax return吗？-Not need.我看有律师家推荐，说不教的话会被RFE，也有人说不需要，想确认一下
- 因为我的140是NIW的，需要提供现在工作的employment verification letter吗？-Yes. That demonstartes you are working in the same field currently and thus, you don't need to explain your employment again.我准备这一两个月跳槽，提交的话到时候换新的工作单位会被申请有什么影响吗？-Not affact anyhting. You can change your job any time during I-485 pending and not need to explain to USCIS as long as you work in the same field.
- 我准备同时申请AP和EAD卡，我现在是H1B，不准备在拿到绿卡前用EAD卡，想请问下在AP申请被批准前是不是离开美国，否则视为自动放弃AP？-Correct.
