1. 我本人是美国公民，三月份要带父母一同入境，父母是新移民首次登陆也不会讲英语，我想请问一下在飞机上填入关表格的时候我和父母算两个不同的家庭要分别填入境单

-Yes.

还是算一个家庭只需要填一张？-No.

2. 另外，父母入境的时候请问都要提供给移民官什么文件啊，体检的东西有一大堆不知道要哪些。 非常感谢！

-The US Consulate should have given your parents' a sealed envelop. Just provide that envelop to the IO at the port of entry and show the passport. That is all. Don't open that envelop!
