我父母在国内， 本人美国公民。移民的案子approve了，现在在申请immigration visa的阶段，是online process. 在online visa application 申请表里， 第三项是address and phone, 里面又分两个小项，如下：
1. Present and previous address: 这个没问题，就是填父母目前和以往国内的地址
2. Mailing and permanent: 页面内容如下：

- 我这里是填 yes 还是no啊. 前一页他们的present address 是在国内。目前他们移民案子的信件都是寄到我的美国地址，那我说yes了， 是不是接下来有关移民签证的信件都会寄到他们国内的地址？
-Some of them may be sent to this address, e.g. from the US Consulate. NVC commucations may be sent to you if your parents select you as the agent later.
如果我说no，并填写我美国地址，那是不是都寄到我这里来了？
-Yes.
我到底应该用哪个地址？-You had better use their address so that the US Consulate may contact them in China. You had better be your parents' agent and thus, NVC will send all of the documents to you.
接下来让填permanent address如下， 这个也没啥问题，填我的美国地址

然后又来一个question:Is this address where you want your Permanent Residence Card (Green Card) mailed?
这里的this address是指的immediately above的permanent address嘛？绿卡是该寄到我美国地址，那我就是yes,对吗？
