He got B2 at his last entry on 12/17/2018

Thanks for your profeseverysional reply. My son does carry my approved H1B copy and his brith certifiicate as per my lawyer every time when he return to home at US, but the office never ask for them and let him through .

If I undersand correctly , he should  show officer at border these docuemnt and receive his H4 I-94 instead of B2 I-94  , Am I right ?
