Unlawful, you know nothing about H1b. My legal status can last 3 years. But when I go abroad and return to the US, a valid Visa must be obtained. However, I heard that Canada and Mexico are exceptional. As long as I return in 30 days and my legal status does not change in the 30 days, I do not need a reentry visa.

If you do not know sth, keep your mouth shut.
