我是美国公民，现在给父母申请移民。但我自己无收入，和老公联合报税。老公和妹妹同意提供经济担保，但他们不是公民，我864表里 page 4 of 10 income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household size... 我要填上我老公和我妹妹两个人的信息，是吗？
-Your sister is not counted into your family member (household size), but your spouse is.

然后他们两个人各填一张864A，是吗？  谢谢。
-If your spouse has enough income, you don't need your sister's sponsor. If you need both your spouse and your sister's support, then you need to file I-864 and your spouse files I-864A as your household member, and your sister files another I-864 as joint sponsor.

By the way, your spouse and your sister must be green card holders.
