我于18年6月获得绿卡，8月第一次入境美国12天后返回中国，这两天准备再次登陆美国。已经收到绿卡和SSN，我的情况是国内我还有三年退休，还想等到退休再去美国定居。但因为是教师，一年里寒假暑假?都可以去美国，大概美国3个月，国内9个月，我的问题是
1、是否这三年需要申请回美证？我每年寒暑假都会入境美国的。-You need to apply for the reentry permit.
2、如果必须申请回美证，那我现在一到美国就提交回美证申请，在我离开美国时（计划在美国待一个半月到2月底），回美证还没有批准，学校开学了，我可以先离开吗？
