我妈妈在国内申请的绿卡，面试已通过。 有两项疫苗需要八周后打第二针。

请问：能否人来美国后再打这第二针？

-Normally no. It seems the VO accepted your mother's physical exam results because the immigrant visa was issued. Did the VO ask your mother to inject the vaccine for the second time?
