后来就开始I-485的申请，同时也关闭了她的F签证。
-What do mean "同时也关闭了她的F签证"? I-485 filing does not affect her F-1 status as long as she still registers full-time credit hour load, and does not use I-485 based EAD to work.

因为到今年8月份她的I-485递交就超过一年了，学校把她做为本州居民了。现在她还在上学。如果移民被拒就非法居留了，怎么办呢？谢谢！
-If she lost F-1 status already, she had better find an immigrant lawyer to help her to see whether she can reinstate her F-1 status.
