各位，你好！对不起，没有打招呼就直接询问了（在法律坛咨询后 建议来找8老师）。十几年前入籍时更改了姓和名，但把原来的名字放在中间名。入籍的时候，只看到入籍的ceritification上把原来的名字放在中间，两头的姓和名都更正无误，就根本没有注意更改名字的另一张文件把原来名字的Firstname 和 last name,放在firstname上，把要求改的lastname已经放在lastname上。现在要去领馆办证明“你是你”的三级公正上遇见原来的lastname 不符合原来护照上的姓。现在发现这个问题，不知怎样去更正十多年前的错误。请您给予帮助，什么样文件说明？已去过所在地区的probation 但说要回到当初移民局拿入籍certification 的地方，但现在已经是公民，怎么有理由再回到移民局呢？
不知道我说清楚没有，那么我来做个例子：
原来中文名（出国时护照）：张方 / ZHANG FANG
入籍时改名：Charles Fang Zhang Smith (驾照，护照，SS一直延用这个合法名字）
改名字文件中原名字填写处(是用打字机打的字）：ZhangFang Smith (ZhangFang在Frist Name的地方，Smith在Last Name的地方 — 这个是错误！根本不应该出现有要求改的last name!)

-You may just go to the local court and ask the judge to fix it. Bring all of the related documents.
By the way, although you made the name change when you got the US citizenship, it is irrelevant to the immigration because it actually the judge made the name change for you at that time, not the immigration officer. So, just go to the court and I believe the judge will fix it for you there.
