1 我哥（已公民，但目前失业）替父母申请绿卡， 我是否可以作为 only joint sponsor 来填I-864 还是我哥也需要填I-864，只不过他的收入不够， 需要我以 joint sponsor 的身份加入？
-Yes if you are a green card holder or a US citizen. Both you and your brother need to file two I-864, respectively, for your father. Also do the same way for your mother. Total four I-864s. In Part 1, your brother needs to choose "Item 1.a. I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative.", and you need to choose "Item 1.d. I am the only joint sponsor" in Part 1.
2 父母绿卡移民， 可否分开在不同时间递交申请表？（因为进入美国的时间不同，为了满足90天原则）
-Yes.
3 i-864 表 中part 3 (Information about the immigrants you are sponsoing) 中的 family member 是否包括我，或者我父母。 （例如，我替父亲担保， 那么我是否应该列在原生家庭还是在Part 4. 同理，我父亲类似的情况如何处理）
-Not need to fill this part. In Part 3, you or your brother only need to choose "Yes" to "Item 1. I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2." , then leave Item 2 to Item 28 blank.
4 关于前三年的退税情况， 实在记不得具体数字了， 可否大概填写一下？
-Not need it. You just need to provide the copy of the tax return of 2017 (required), and the copies of tax returns of 2016 and 2015 (optional).
