为什么我140在TSC还没消息

我在1月初向TSC递交140/485，可除了收据外到现在还没有消息。我的朋友在去年12月底递交的申请，他在1个月前被要求RFE。有人在1月后提交申请的现在有消息吗?TSC的速度怎么真那么慢么?
