我想请问的是作为副申请人，是否需要我国内学历的证明？

Normally you need to provide, tow photos, the copies of your marriage certificate, birth certificate, your status proof (H4 I-94, H-4 approval notice, H4 visa stamp, entry stamp pages), your passport. If you don't' file your I-485 together with your spouse, you also need to provide the copy of your spouse I-485 receipt notice.
