本人公民。 2005年为兄弟申请美国移民 现在排期将至 不知道他是否可以在美国办后续的移民事项。？他以前多次来美国探亲 他是在中国国内办好？还是来美国办后续手续更快一些？ 多谢????
-He had better just apply for the immigrant visa in China. If he enters US using B2 visa and file I-485, USCIS might consider him to have visa fraud.
