有两个问题，寻求帮助：

1.请问J2visa想工作，有什么注意事项？是自己递交材料申请ead卡吗？
-Yes, you can file I-765 application for the J2 EAD to work. Read the I-765 Instructions.

会对绿卡申请有不好影响吗？-No.

2.另外还有一个问题，j1持有人在美国期间有雇佣但是没有收入，子女使用了medicaid,大人自己购买的保险，还可以申请绿卡吗（比如niw 或者 eb1a)？
-Yes, but tt hard to say there is any kind of influence on your green card application.
