请问老师： 我现在满五年可以申请公民了，但一个月以后要搬到另外一个州。 我应该搬家前先递交申请然后再改地址，
-It is fine if you can get the N-400 filing receipt before you move. But don't forget to inform USCIS about your address update on your N-400 and your residence location by filing AR-11.

还是先搬家然后再等上三个月在新的州递交申请？

另外，Three-Month Residency Requirement 是要求递交申请前三个月必须呆在居住地吗？


我夏天回国两个月八月底回到美国居住地，回来后到现在只有两个月，这违反三个月的申请要求么？谢谢！
-No, it is fine. Temporary travel does not count as address change.
