8老师，

我们同时交的I40和485的申请，等了8个月，刚刚收到通知说140被批准了。看了一下网站说现在绿卡要等10个月到2年，很担心不知道孩子能不能赶上，请教一下，21岁这个界线是对哪个时间来说的？
-Did your kid file the I-485 yet? If yes, your kid's CSPA age was frozen on the date his/her I-485 was filed, and thus your child will have no age-out problem no matter when the I-485 is approved later.
