我友，在美国工作二年(under h1b)，然后回国工作。现在在美国同一地区有一同类工作offer。是否不再占用h1名额，可如同美国国内换工作类似？
-The answer is "Yes"! He/she just ask the employer to file an H-1 petition for him/her and send the approval notice to him/her after it is approved, then he/she can use it to apply for the H-1 visa to enter US to work.
