网上有些帖子说NIW在CP面签时不用提交offer letter，8老师你说的是需要提交是吗，这是新的规定吗，那岂不是需要面签前还要找到美国的工作吗？感觉这样难度就有点大了
-Technically, NIW does not need employment offer letter, but practically, as far as I know the VO in the US Consulate in China will not issue the immigrant visa to you if you don't have the employment offer letter from a US employer. I have known several EB-1A applicants were unable to get the immigrant visa in China until they got the employment offer letter from the US employers.

再追加个问题：如果提交I824后，明年一月不用回国了，是不是到时还是可以选择I485的？-Yes, as long as you are physically in US.
