正在经历美国国内转换（从新办了adoption order from court）， 但file错表格（n600, 轻信侓师， 交了国内和美国的adoption order）现在放弃， 境外满足2年要求， 从新file i130, 有无可能被拒. 
-I don't know. You had better adopt the child following the Hague Convention procedure which is more reliable. Had better consult an immigration lawyer.
