请问8老师， 我现在是O3 签证在学校读书一年多了。现在我老公（O1 签证）想要回国发展。
请问如何把O3签证换成F1 学生签证？
-File I-539. Talk to the International Student Office and they will help you out.

大概需要多久？
-May take several months, case by case.

需要出美国吗？
-Not have to. You can either change O3 to F-1 within US by filing I-539 or go to China to get the F-1 visa to come back. Up to you.
