有EAD，但不用，那即使以后绿卡没批，他不出镜还是可以用现在这个F1签证，合法住在美国，直到他毕业拿到学位，对吗？

就是说移民局可以查到他有没有用过EAD，对吗？
-They will check it with IRS (the employer will put his salary information into IRS system).
