我们申请的EAD下来了，我想问一下，我儿子如果做Intern不能用CPT（公司不sponsor), 可以用EAD做Intern吗？如果可以，将来万一绿卡没批准，会影响他F1的status吗？是不是如果他不出镜，还是可以维持他F1签证，直到他拿到学位？
