8老师，我收到EB1a的visa interview letter了，让我先去做medical examination. 我发现Medical Exam Instructions中的Items to bring to your medical examination，要求在Medical Exam时带上

A copy of your immunization records.

我孩子有immunization records，但是我和我夫人没有关于immunization records的材料，请问我们要怎么处理，或者要去什么地方能够出具这种证明，谢谢您。
-If you don't have that kind of record, you will be required to inject the vaccines as required by the US Consulate. The doctor/hospital which conduct the physical exam will tell you what to do. So, don't need to worry about it.
