我已经收到了USCIS的信，确实是因为早交了申请。当然这都是律师给我降级时没做对，导致不能按EB3类处理。现在case已经被closed. 所以只好重新交表申请了。
上个贴子我可能没说清楚，我只交了一个I-485，就是被closed的这个。
还要向8老师确认一下，Sept. 11, 2018以后交I-485, medical exam I-693可以不一起交吗？
-You must provide the completed I-693 sealed in the envelop by the doctor with your new I-485 filing. If your physical exam was conducted less than one year, you just need to ask the doctor who conducted your physical exam last time to issue you a new completed I-693 (sealed in the envelop), and you do not need to do the physical exam again.
因为我的律师说不建议我现在再去做新的mecial exam（如我在上个帖子说的），我不懂他的意思。像我这样case被closed, 那些表格（包括I-693表）等等是不是会寄回给我？如果I-693还未被open而且没过期，是不是可以再利用？不知道我的律师是不是指这个做法。
