我一个朋友EB1打算走广州领事馆. 现在可以往NVC交材料了。请问孩子的年龄是什么时候可以锁定？是交了NVC就可以锁定还是得等A表的排期？
-His kid's CSPA age will be frozen when his priority date is current (i.e. based on A Form), and his kid must submit DS 260 within one year. Once his kid submits DS 260 within one year, then nothing will affect the kid's CSPA age.
