请问8老师： 今年二月递交的N400

三月大的指模，在USCIS的网站上。原来可以跟踪CASE STATUS的，最近去查怎么显示如下：

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.

请问8老师，这是什么原因，有什么问题吗？需要联系USCIS吗？谢谢！
