you need 5 times of the amount of the money if you use the value of your property for the sponsor. For example, the amount of 125% poverty line in your case is $36,775, and your income of 2017 is $19,000, so you still need the salary income: $36775 - $19,000 = $17,775 to meet the requirement. Thus, you need to have the property value: $17,775 X 5 = $88,875, to meet the requirement.
