-Yes if they receive the advance parole before they leave. But the advance parole (AP) is only valid for one year. They need to come back before the AP expires. Also, they cannot miss the fingerprinting and the interview.

是否需要向移民局再次申请“回美证”？谢谢 -The I-131 filing was for advance parole (“回美证) already.
