DS160签证表格填好, 拿到confirmation number，但是在领事馆面签需要的材料还没有寄出去之前， 是不是就可以预约面签日子？
我是想早点预约面签时间，怕预约晚了，能约到的日子太晚了。
比如我现在想预约在9月中旬面签，领事馆面签需要的材料我可以在8月底都办好并寄给领事馆，
请问我这几天就可以在网上预约面签日子吗？
