还有接下来的一条，If you are applying for naturalization on the basis of marriage to a US citizen, send the following 4 items: 1,2,3， Proof of termination of all prior marriages if your spouse （这是我们的第一次婚姻，我要提交什么材料？
-If you have got the green card for at least five years, you don't need to provide this proof. If your N-400 filing is based on your marriage (i.e. you married a US citizen, and have got the green card for 3 years and less than five years), then you need to provide the copy of your marriage certificate. Read N-400 instructions.
