我几年前自己开了一个公司，找了个CPA报税，被audit了。换了一个CPA重新file，被认为少交税了。立刻补交了, Fed和州税都补了。这种情况下，

1. 第6个问题，Do you owe any overdue Federal, state，or local taxes？我是回答 ‘No’，对吗？-Right. 需要做特殊说明，提交和IRS的correspondence吗？-No.

2. 第7个问题，Have you Ever not filed a Federal, state, or local tax return since you became a lawful permanent resident? 虽然有audit，我们每年都按时报税，我应该答‘No' 吧？-Correct. Audit does not mean you did not file the return.

3. 第9个问题，关于是否associate with任何组织的问题。我在local一个华人组织，组织娱乐，健身活动。我需要提供什么evidence 来support my answers呢？-Not need to provide the evidences
