I-130和A number等

请问老师们，我先生是美国公民，我们已经递交了I-130和I-485等表格。问题如下：

1. I-130是不是也会有个approval的通知（除了递件后不久收到的Receipt以外）？因为我这类别不需排期，所以搞不清楚怎样算是批准了。

2. 在I-130的receipt给了我一个A number，有什么具体作用吗？例如我现在可以凭这号码去考驾照吗？

3. 来美时持B2签证，只有国内驾照，现在I-94已过期，处于status adjustment的过程中，我现在没有美国驾照仍然可以开车吗？
