我最近提交了J-1豁免的资料到纽约留学服务中心。申请豁免的理由是要准备年内申请绿卡。刚收到中心的回复，让我补交绿卡申请的证明材料。
目前正在准备140申请材料，还没有正式申请。请问和律师的合同足够了吗？如果是eb1b需要提交学校的sponsor证明吗？
-You had better provide I-140 filing receipt. If you do not have it yet before the deadline, you may provide whatever you have such as the contract with the lawyer, the school's sponsor letter, etc. If it is not urgent, you had better file I-140 and then, provide the copy of I-140 receipt notice.
