-No. As long as your current employer still support your TN, you will be fine. If you go to the US-Canada border to get the TN I-94 for the new employer, you may get another TN I-94 for your current employer at the same time, thus you can have both TN. If you cannot the TN I-94 for your new employer, you can get the TN I-94 for your old employer to enter US. Read my response to your post yesterday, carefully.
