我是TN签证，准备换公司，新的TN签证办好了才通知原公司可以吗？还有，如果新TN被拒了, 是不是我的旧TN签证也作废了？最后一个问题，新签证下来通知公司，我也应该不能马上走人，应该会在原公司工作两周，那我用新签证为原公司工作合法吗？
