老师好，

妈妈在美国境内拿到2年的re-entry permit后回中国照顾家人。

回美纸会在2018年10月expire。我妈妈是不是要在2018年10月前进入美国就可以？
-Yes.

比如我妈妈2018年9月回来美国，我可以在她一回来后再次帮她提交回美纸申请吗？-Yes. Enclosed the unexpired reentry permit (old one) with the I-131 filing.

还是必须等到回美纸在今年10月过期后，才能再次提交申请呢？-Not have to.
