K1 visa 谁要递交 I-134 Affidavit of Support   petitioner or beneficiary or both?

Is K1 visa an immigration visa or non-immigration visa? 

According to Form I-134 instructions, submit a statement from an officer of the bank regarding the account including 1. Date account opened; 2. Total amount deposited for the past year; 3. Present balance.

Can bank's monthly statements be used instead of a letter from the bank ?
 

如果拿到签证后，在没有来美国之前，可以在中国结婚吗？

还是一定要进入美国，在美国登记结婚。我们是打算拿到签证后就在中国结婚办婚礼，因为在中国办热闹花同样的费用可以办很好的婚礼。
