我在给父母准备绿卡材料，现在有个问题，父母的结婚证是2010年补办的，结婚证上的时间是2010年，而且也没注明补办。做了些research, 看到您对类似情况的回复：
1. 去派出所开婚姻状况证明，注明original marriage date, 再公证
我有几个问题：
1. 婚姻状况公证看起来只能公证现在的婚姻状况，已婚还是未婚，能否证明结婚时间？-It should have the marriage date. Marriage date is very important. USCIS need to know whether you was born after your parents got married. If no, you need to prepare more complicate paperwork for your father's immigration by proving that your father raised up during the entire your childhood.
2. 填表时marriage date 填 date on the marriage liscense which is date of 2010 or the original marriage date in 1970s? - The real marriage date in 1970s.
3. should we submit the marriage liscense with 2010 marriage date at all? -See my above explanation.
