rescheduling一定是寄信还是可以打电话，我看通知上有个号码 1-800-375-5283，但是打过去都是自动回复选项，我有点担心寄信的话，reschedule的时间如果还是在我50天的回国假期内就更麻烦，可以附加说明要求约在某一天以后么？

另外可以直接提前去附近的USCIS center walk in打指模么？-I think so. You may just go to the USCIS ASC on the appointment notice to try it and explain to the IO why you need to do the fingerprinting in advance. 我在Portland, Oregon.
