给父母办理 reentry I-130, 需要填写G1145 表吗？

-Up to you, not required. G-1145 is your requesting USCIS to inform you that they receive your application by email (not official notice and cannot use it as your filing proof). They will send dyou the official receipt notice no matter whether you file G-1145 or not.
