-Yes. She needs to file I-407 to the US Consulate in China after she returns to China. See:

另外目前她护照上还有10年签证，如果想再来美国探亲有没有问题呢？
-This visa has been void after she got the green card. However, after she abandons her green card, she can apply for a new B2 visa again.
