请教8老师， 我的I-140 （Priority date May 3 2016), 和 H1B （到Dec 2020）都是在A 公司下的 A Technical Service Inc. 办的，我们是基于合同的Onsite Consultant。 我们新的五年合同马上要开始了，公司把我们这块全部改到 A Field Service Inc。 那我的已批准的I-140 和H-1B必须得更新吗？若是，是不是得重新申请I-140 和Transfer H-1B? 谢谢。

-You may ask the emploiyer to file the H-1B amendment. But you may not need to do anything about the I-140. If you still work for the same employer, normally USCIS may not send you RFE. But even if USCIS send the RFE for the I-140, your employer may just say you will work for the previous position after you get the green card.
