老母亲去年12月持美国10年多次入境签证来探亲，6月8日到期。5月初办了延期。5月16日收到I-797C通知说收到了申请正在处理。我们也不知多久能批准。现在计划6月17日持加拿大多次入境签证去banff玩一周，然后在温哥华坐去阿拉斯加的往返邮轮，准备7月1日从温哥华返回美国。今天有个懂些移民法的朋友说，7月1日美国肯定不让入境了，因为老人出境时已经过期超过3天了。朋友说的对吗？
-She needs to use the B-2 visa to reenter US, just like she came to US from China. Bring the B2 extension receipt to prove her legal stay in US. She will be offered a new I-94 if she is allowed to reenter US (still possibly she may not be allowed to enter US), but you don't know how long this new I-94 duration will be.  Another problem is that her B2 extension may be denied. Thus, her 10-year B2 visa stamp also will be invalid. I don't suggest her to travel out of US during the B-2 extension pending.

真是这样的话，能否6月8日从大瀑布出境6月10日在从大瀑布入境？万分感谢！
