我以前在美国学习好几年，妻子当时也陪读，在美居留时间都超过一年。现在国内，我想问我通过CP程序办理绿卡申请，关于在美国期间的无犯罪记录，我和她是否都要办理？-Yes.
我看FBI网站表格里需要填写SSN,但是她是没有的，不知道如何处理？-Leave it blank, or put "None" (SSN is optional, not mandatory).
另外，FBI的无犯罪记录，是不是后面递交材料时不会有超期的问题，如果我近几年都不打算去美国的话？-It is fine because you only stayed in US for that period of time.
最后一个问题，我是主申请人，老婆是副申请？我不清楚是不是这么描述，就是她依靠我一起出去，我们办理材料时，比如婚姻公证和出生公证各自需要几份，不知道8老师是否了解？
-One marriage certificate is enough for both of you, but each of you need to have your personal birth certificate. You only need to provide the photocopy of these documents. But bring the original one for the interview in the future.
