我太太想问她是否可以不用申请I-539，拿着我的新的H1B approval notice 到某个美国口岸入境而获得一个H4 stamp。

对于非加拿大护照持有者，要延期H4就必须申请I-539，是吗？
-They can either file I-539 to extend H-4 within US or just back to their country to apply for the H-4 visa in the US Consulate to come back.
