感谢8老师上次对我问题的详细解答，为我指明了方向，拜谢！

这次还有几个问题请教：

1. EB1 2018年6月中国大陆出生的表A仍然不current，但表B current，但合时才能知道每个月表b是否启用呢？（至少从6月的bullentin中看不到是否启用表b的信息）。如果启用了表b是不是意味着就可以递交485了？
-No. Normally B Form is set up mainly for the people to submit the documents for apply for the immigrant visa outside US though sometimes it is also used for I-485 filing. So, you need to check this website each month to see whether you can file I-485:

2.  如果需要等到10月的新财年，是不是也要最早9月底把材料寄出，以保证移民局盖戳的时间在10月1日当天或以后？如果寄早了会有麻烦吧？
-Correct.
是以邮件送达的日期为准吗？-Arrival date.

3. 如果申请人在美国，但因为其他原因（为了工作签证到期后可以回国一边工作一边等visa的灵活性）选择走consular processing是否也可以？
-Yes.

留美国的地址给NVC进行联系是否没问题，只是等收到面试通知回国体检+面试就可以对吧？
-You had better change your address to your friend's address in US so that your friend can receive the USCIS/NVC  letters for you. You also assign your friend as your agent when NVC ask you to idenfity an agent in the future. Thus, your friend will receive all of the NVC letters for you.

依您看现在CP和485相比总体等待时间哪个长？-Hard to say.

另外如果走CP的话，整个过程中需要主申请人的140批件和petition letter吗？（雇主不realease 140材料，只有140 number）
-Your employer needs to file I-824 to ask USCIS to forward your I-140 to NVC for processing your immigrant visa application. So, talk to your employer or lawyer.
