  8老师，又来麻烦您。我去年10月份以绿卡身份给收养的孩子递交了485 和131。可是advance parole一直没有收到。从三月份开始，给USCIS打了好几次电话，每次他们都说out of regular frametime, 然后Expedited request。但是到现在也没更新。因为打算6月份回国探望生病的外公，有些着急AP。请问这种情况去当地USCIS 做infopass有用吗？
-Go to the local USCIS Office to apply for the emergency AP. Bring the child's passport, I-485 receipt notice and the I-131 receipt notice, and evidence of emergency (e.g. Dr./hospital diagnosis for the illness).

需要带孩子（未满14岁）一起去吗？
-Yes.


还是直接申请emergency AP， 不知道可以提前多久。
