HELP (about LC)!

My company didn't get the tearsheet of the job ad. from newspaper (NY Times), and it expired now (three months after posted). My lawyer said it will be very troublesome cause the Labor Bureau may ask me to supply it. Is anyone that have idea or experience for such situation?
