又来麻烦8老师了。

父亲的2个兄弟（公民）在2008年左右分别为父亲递交了一份F4类的移民申请，父亲也在几年前收到了两个不同的GUZ开头的Case Number。但是非常奇怪的是，用当时他的两个兄弟递上I-130表之后收到回执上的EAC开头的号码去USCIS网上查询，均显示：“Case Was Received At My Local Office On XXXX, 2009, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number EAC09XXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”

并没有显示approved的字样，他的两个兄弟也都没有收到USCIS寄来的approval notice。

但是我网上做功课查到说：”只有I-130批准，才会得到GUZ开头的号码。“

 

不知USCIS网上的状态，和两兄弟没有收到approval notice是否正常？是否需要补救？‘
-You don't need to worry about the online status message (USCIS sometimes do not take care of the online message in time). You need to check whether the Notices your uncles received were the Approval Notice which should address that the cases were approved. If the Notices were approval notices, then just wait for NVC to contact your uncles. Only one of your uncles need to request NVC to process the case for your father, not need to waste money to process another I-130 in NVC.
